On top of our roof here at Fed Square live two honeybee hives.

Our bees travel up to 5km away from Fed Square to gather nectar and pollen to create the honey in these jars, for you to enjoy on your toast or muesli.

You might notice a difference in flavour or colour of the honey, depending on the season, and what plants the bees have been collecting pollen from.

Bees are an important pollinator of our plants and help increase biodiversity in our local environment.
